This machine is suitable for motorcycle tire, car tire, truck car
tire building.
Structure feature
Its forming drum adopts metal AB structure while tire building
adopts finger turn down, bladder turn up.
This press can realize tire loading, shaping, vulcanizing and
unloading automatically. Tire can be cooled automatically with post
cure inflator. It can adopt two-half mould and segmented mould.
Structure characteristics:
The machine consists of frame, mould opening/closing device, mould
adjusting device, center mechanism, curing chamber, loading device,
tire unloading device, hydraulic system, electrical system,
pipeline system and post cure inflator etc.
Electrical Control system: It adopts PLC as control center, which
has touch screen for display unit. The touch screen can display
curing state, we can realize the man-machine conversation, such as
technology choosing and parameters modification etc.
